My name is Mike and I have been in the catering business for over 25 years. I have had the opportunity to work on cruise ships, well-known hotels, renowned restaurants and catering companies.

I grew up watching my grandmother cook from scratch. I have always had a keen interest in cooking but it wasn't until my early 20's that I really began pursuing my culinary career. I started out as a commis chef and worked my way up to a head chef in a large catering company. I've worked with some amazing chefs in the industry from countries all over Europe and this has helped me to expand my knowledge of different cuisines.

I have come to a point in my career where I have decided that I want to provide a more personal type of food service.

I take great pride and pleasure in creating specific, personalised menus for our client's events to make each one as memorable and delicious as possible!
